J. David Hampton - Member
David has been practicing law since 1980. He specializes in Oil and Gas Title, Oil and Gas Litigation, Oil and Gas Acquisitions and Oil and Gas Transactions. He previously worked as a landman for several independent oil and gas exploration companies. He received the William M. Majors, Jr. Award for Distinguished Service from the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen in 2014. He is a Professor of Practice at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business. He received the Outstanding Adjunct Faculty Award for 2018-2019 from the Student Bar Association of the O.U. College of Law.
Daniel A. Milligan - Member
Daniel joined Hampton and Milligan in 1987. He is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma. He specializes in Oil and Gas Title, Oil and Gas Acquisitions, Oil and Gas Transactions, Estate Planning and Probate Administration.
Fisher L. Fulton - Associate
Fisher joined Hampton and Milligan in 2023. She is licensed in Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She specializes in Oil and Gas Title, Oil and Gas Transactions and Estate Administration.
Slate W. Olmstead - Associate
Slate joined Hampton and Milligan in 2019. He is licensed in Oklahoma. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he served as an Articles Editor for the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources and Energy Journal. He was awarded the Journal's Outstanding Article in 2018. His areas of practice include: Oil and Gas Title, Civil Litigation and Probate Administration.
Jamie McWater - Office Administrator
Jamie joined Hampton and Milligan in 2001. She is the manager of operations as well as our senior legal assistant.
